With recorded arpeggios, true legato, and up to 462 total articulations, WOODWIND provides a formidable suite of instruments. ENSEMBLE and SOLO sections are provided as distinct KONTAKT libraries, allowing detailed and realistic mixing of both grouped sections and soloists.
Both ENSEMBLE and SOLO libraries are provided in full SYMPHONY SERIES version or streamlined SYMPHONY ESSENTIALS version.

Both SYMPHONY SERIES and SYMPHONY ESSENTIALS versions are built from the same recordings and have the same intuitive interface. The full-featured SERIES version offers exhaustive depth and nuance, while the ESSENTIALS version provides the same quality in a lightweight package.

With over 400 individual articulations, four separate mic mixes, on board effects, and ergonomic controls, it’s the precision set of tools needed to cover any scoring task from film to games to studio.
SYMPHONY ESSENTIALS – WOODWIND offers a compact library with a streamlined selection of essential articulations. Though able to offer highly realistic results, this reduced feature set is ideal for pop and electronic producers, thanks to its speed, simplicity, and reduced storage requirements.
Both SYMPHONY SERIES – WOODWIND and SYMPHONY ESSENTIALS – WOODWIND contain two separate KONTAKT libraries, for playing whole sections at a time or solo instruments individually.
Expert soloists play concert flute, oboe, Bb clarinet, bassoon, tenor saxophone, and contrabassoon, each provided as its own KONTAKT instrument. 148 articulations (42 in ESSENTIALS) – including special effects – and true and emulated legato allow expressive and natural-sounding play, while up to eight round robins, multiple dynamic layers, and four discrete microphone mixes give complete control of the mix character and unique recording space.
